When you buy through the website we do not have access to, collect, or retain sensitive information about your payment, i.e. credit or debit card details; that is dealt with by our secure payment gateway - Sage Pay.
When you pay by phone we do not retain your card details once payment is complete.
Except that the information you provide is part of the sales record, we do not hold your details in any other database or digitally recoverable form.
We will not collect any other information about you.
We will not divulge your details to any third party unless there is a legal requirement for us to do so, e.g. a police investigation.
We will not contact you by telephone unless we find it necessary to process your order.
By contacting us or purchasing from the site you agree to join our mailing list and we may, very occasionally, send you news about the website. The list includes no information apart from your e-mail address - not even your name - and you may remove that at any time by posting your e-mail address to remove at 2bjewelled.com
We do not send random marketing e-mails to personal e-mail addresses (spam).
We will not sell nor knowingly pass your e-mail address to any third party.
Cookies
