Ordering

Order and pay online -

Use the website shopping cart and pay for your goods through the secure checkout or use your Paypal account.

Order online and pay by phone -

Use the website shopping cart to order your goods, select the "Pay by phone" option to complete the order and then phone us with your payment details. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Order by phone -

Phone us with your order and payment details. We will require your name, address, delivery address if different, telephone number and card details.

To order an item online simply click on the "add to cart" button and you will be taken to the order page showing your selection. You can change the quantity ordered or delete the item by changing the figure in the quantity box as appropriate and clicking "recalculate"
To continue shopping scroll down and click on the button to go back to the website. You can review and complete your order at any time by clicking the "Review Cart" button at the top of each page.
If you have finished shopping, please review your order and make any changes necessary, add the appropriate postage and any other instructions before continuing to the secure payments pages. (For more information on security see Is it secure? on the FAQ page.) Enter your details and the delivery address if different before continuing.
Check that all details are correct before selecting your payment method (detailed below) from the menu at the bottom of the page.
If you wish to make any changes to your order after continuing to payments please use the "back" button of your browser to return to the order page (You will, unfortunately, have to re-enter any personal data on the payment pages unless you elected to save them for future use.)
After completing the payment process you will receive an automated e-mail with your order details and later a confirmation e-mail.
You can abandon your order at any time before final payment by navigating away from the page or closing your browser window.

Pricing and Payment

All prices published include VAT. Post and Packing is charged seperately as below.

Orders over £125 receive a discount of free "Special Delivery Next Day" postage.
Orders over £200 receive a further discount of 5%.

We reserve the right to change prices or withdraw items from sale without prior notice.

Your payment options are

Online by credit or debit card -

Pay online using our secure payment gateway. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
All personal information is collected on a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) server using highest levels of encryption compliant with PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards. (For further information see Is it secure? on the FAQ page.)

Online by Paypal -

If you have a Paypal account you can use the Paypal Express Checkout or you can open a new account.

Telephone -

You can place your order online and, after completion, phone us with your payment details. Or, you can order and pay by phone. Call 01583 431298, 9am - 10pm anyday.

Post and Packaging

The options available at checkout are

UK Standard Postage	@ £ 2.50 flat rate per order.
If the order value (excluding postage) is below £75 your goods will be despatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Postage. If the order value is over £75 it will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day). This is Royal Mail's guaranteed next day delivery service. All orders over £125 are sent post free by Special Delivery.
UK Express Delivery	@ £ 4.95 flat rate per order.
If you have an order valued below £75.00 that you require urgently it, too, can be despatched using the Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day) service at a small extra charge of £2.45 per order
International Airmail	@ £5.95 for first item plus £0.50 for each additional item.
Orders to all destinations outside the UK are despatched using the Royal Mail International Signed For service. Delivery times vary depending on destination. Orders over £125 are sent post free.
	All deliveries require a signature on receipt. Full details of the postal services and tracking facilities (where applicable) can be found at www.royalmail.com. Additional charges for international orders, e.g. import or customs duties, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Despatch

All orders are despatched by noon , next working day subject to receiving cleared* payment. We will send you an e-mail confirming despatch that includes the Royal Mail reference number. For full details of delivery times please refer to How soon will my order arrive? on the FAQ page.

* In most cases clearance is immediate but please note that e-cheques can take up to 10 working days to clear.

Cancellation - The "cooling off" period.

You have an unconditional, statutory right to cancel your order at any time up to seven working days after the day of receipt; this is the "cooling off" period. We are pleased to offer our customers an extended period of fourteen days in which to reconsider their purchase. If you wish to cancel your order at any time during this period just let us know by letter, e-mail or phone and then return the goods complete with any packing for a full refund of your original payment including postage. Your costs in returning the goods are not refundable.

Damaged or faulty goods

The quality of our jewellery is of a very high standard and all pieces are carefully inspected to ensure they are despatched in perfect condition. However, on rare occasions faults do occur, or the goods may be damaged in transit, and in these circumstances we will be glad to provide an exchange or a full refund including the cost of returning the item to us. We would ask that you notify us by phone or e-mail to confirm your wishes in the matter then return the item as soon as possible.

Returning goods.

In all cases please ensure the item is returned with its original packaging and paperwork. We recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure proof of delivery and insurance whilst the goods are in transit. Please return to;

If you have to return goods to us for any reason and replacement or exchange is not satifactory to you we will, without question, refund your original purchase cost icluding postage.
